Permit Files Online

Selected pages from on-site sewage disposal (septic) case files are now available for viewing through the Jefferson County Weblink Documents website (see steps below for more details on how to view file). You may view and download a septic permit (application, issued permit, and conditions), soil evaluation, approved plot plan, and as-built drawing.

There are also records for cases where there was not a permit issued. In that case only records on the system evaluation are available (commonly called an EES or Monitoring Inspection).

These pages contain, (where available) information on the type, size, and location of the septic system.

Information on cases from 1969-2004 have been entered into the system and is now available for viewing online (case number beginning SEP69-SEP04). Additional case information is being added regularly including cases from 2005-2012 that have been installed and finaled.

Please note that the pages available for viewing online only include the most commonly requested pages of the file, not the entire contents. To review the complete file please contact the Environmental Health office directly at 360-385-9444 or
