All school districts require a pre-participation sports physical exam every two years to ensure the athlete is healthy and fit to play their sport. Thorough physical screening for sports participation is offered at our School Based Health Clinics at Chimacum, Quilcene and Port Townsend High Schools. We can bill your insurance or cash pay at time of service of $70. Our nurse practitioners/naturopathic doctors can get athletes in quickly to prevent a delay in starting the sports season. LGBTQ+ welcoming.
