The following eight (8) Positions are open for a Special Three (3) Day Filing Period

  • No candidate has filed for these positions during the regular filing period.
  • Candidates who file during this special period may not withdraw.
  • These races will appear only on the General Election ballot, no matter how many candidates file for office.
  • If no one files for an office opened for a special filing period, the office is deemed lapsed and will not appear on the General Election ballot.

How to File

There are three ways you may file:


Online

Click here to file online: The portal will be open for the 3 Day Special Filing period from May 26  at 8:30 a.m. to May 28 at 4:30 p.m. -  (the online filing link will be available during the filing period).

Requirements to file online:

  • Be registered to vote in the district for which you are filing
  • Pay with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express 
  • Provide a valid email address
  • Submit by 4:30 p.m. on Friday May 28, 2021

By Mail

When filing by mail, you may mail your declaration and filing fee to:
