If you are a contact of a confirmed-positive COVID case:

  • Call Jefferson County Public Health at 360-385-9400

If you are experiencing COVID symptoms:

  • Call your primary care provider
  • Or, go to Jefferson Healthcare’s Express Clinic or Emergency Department

HOME TEST KITS 

  • BinaxNow Self-Test:   An antigen self-test available for purchase. Cost $20-$24. The test is performed at home. The kit contains two tests/box for two tests performed within 3 days, 36 hours apart. Available at many locations, including QFC, CVS, Sam’s Club, Walgreens, and Walmart.

  • Pixel by LabCorp:  A PCR self-test for home testing. LabCorp will send the test kit to your home via FedEx for a self-test that you ship back to LabCorp.
