Patients experiencing urgent symptoms like shortness of breath or chest pain should call 911
Patients who have had contact with a confirmed COVID-19 positive patient should call Jefferson County Public Health at 360-385-9400*
Jefferson Healthcare patients who have non-urgent, COVID-like symptoms, should call their primary care clinics
For patients receiving care out-of-county, they should contact their primary care provider to determine how best to evaluate their health condition
Patients with COVID-like symptoms who feel they need medical attention can visit the Jefferson Healthcare Express Clinic, open 7 days/week (9 AM-7 PM) or, if they have an emergency health condition, the Jefferson Healthcare ER
Patients who are seeking COVID testing only should consult the Jefferson County Public Health website https://jeffersoncountypublichealth.org/1429/COVID-19 for an up-to-date listing of testing options including home testing, pharmacy testing, and mail-in lab testing services.
