Building Permit Intake Appointments

All permit submittals must be submitted digitally.

We will no longer be accepting paper plans.

In-person building permit intake appointments are available Mon-Thur. Our walk-in hours for customer questions will be M-Th 9:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-4:30 PM. DCD will no longer accept applications by drop-off or mail. You must schedule an appointment with front staff to submit.

If your are interested in making an appointment for submitting your permit, please prepare the following, then choose a desired appointment and follow all subsequent prompts:

You will need to know your parcel number. You can research your parcel number by clicking here.
