To renew your annual pool or spa permit, you can expect a renewal notice in April each year and the fee is due by May 31. Please use the following form to keep us informed of contact information changes like new ownership, operator's name, address, or phone number. Once you have paid your renewal fee, you will receive a permit in the mail that should be posted at your facility.
