On September 4, 2019 the Planning Commission will begin review of one (1) site-specific amendment proposal to rezone a 10-acre Rural Residential 1:10 parcel to Rural Residential 1:5 for the purpose of subdivision. The hearing is scheduled for 5:30, September 18, 2019 at the Tri-Area Community Center, 10 West Valley Road, Chimacum, WA. The Planning Commission’s recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners is anticipated mid-October.
