Community Development has received a proposal for a Planned Rural Residential Development (PRRD) at the Discovery Bay Golf Club, 7401 Cape George Road, Port Townsend, WA 98368‑9625 by owners Wefore LLC.  The project is under Case File MLA19-00142.

The proposal involves a subdivision of 200 acres into 5 clustered developments totaling 48 lots, with a 154-acre reserve area. Lots range in size from 0.3 acre to 2.1 acres. The proponent will use clustering provisions of Jefferson County Code 18.15.475 and include low impact development, green architecture standards, and community trail development.

The project will be reviewed under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). Community Development expects to issue a Determination of Nonsignificance.
