Post-Hearing Open Comment Period

An open record public hearing was held by the Jefferson County Hearing Examiner on Tuesday, June 27th, 2017, regarding the land use permit MLA17-00019 (ZON17-00002 and ZON17-00003) for the production and processing of recreational marijuana at 9272 Flagler Road on Marrowstone Island, in Jefferson County. At the close of the hearing, it was determined by the Hearing Examiner that the record would remain open, to allow for clarification of staff recommended permit conditions and to provide clarification on the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Review Process.

Interested parties may comment during a 14-day comment period on the attached materials by Monday, July 31st, 2017. All existing interested parties are welcome to comment. Interested parties include anyone who previously has commented on the project, as well as anyone who attended and signed in at the open record hearing on June 26th, 2017. Comments shall be limited to the attached items. At the completion of the comment period, all comments received will be forwarded to the Hearing Examiner for review.
