Our other provider, Susan Bone O’Brien, ARNP, is available at Port Townsend High School Health Center, located in the Gael Stuart Building.

At our school locations, in-person and telehealth appointments are available. For medical and mental health appointments, students can call 360-385-9400 or call/text 360-390-8560.  Students may also place a written request for an appointment in the confidential box provided at each site.

Both providers are also available at our main Public Health Clinic, located at 615 Sheridan St, next to QFC. For an appointment, please call 360-385-9400.
