Jefferson County Public Health (JCPH) provides essential programs and services to help protect and improve the health of our community. We are open Mon-Fri, 9 am to 4:30 pm. Call 360-385-9400 to schedule an appointment. We offer programs and services for:

Food Safety Highlights


Quilcene School District has an excellent culinary program that gives students an opportunity to cook and serve food in their cafeteria. After passing their food worker’s class with flying colors, these students are ready to take their skills beyond the classroom and into a restaurant!
