Senior citizens and disabled persons may contact the Assessor’s Office at (360) 385-9105 to determine if they qualify for a property tax exemption on their owner-occupied residence.  You must be 61 years old on December 31st of the year in which you apply or be fully disabled, and household income must be $40,000 or less.
