Notice is hereby given that the Department of Public Works of Jefferson County, State of Washington, will receive sealed bids up until 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 30, 2019 at the Jefferson County Public Works Department, 623 Sheridan St., Port Townsend, Washington, 98368. Bids may be mailed or delivered to the Public Works Department, at the above address, but must be received by the previously stated date and time. All Bids will be opened and read publicly at or about 2:30 P.M., on that same day, at the office of the Public Works Department for the Jefferson County Transfer Station: Waste Water System.
This project is for the installation of a pressurized wastewater system and conveyance piping per the permitted design. In addition, the extension of the force water main, water meters, and improvements to the electrical systems. There is a non-mandatory, Pre-Bid Site meeting scheduled Tuesday, May 21, 2019, starting at 11:00 a.m. till noon. The construction estimate for this project $73,117 including WSST.
This project is being bid via the Small Works Roster Process. Sealed bids must be submitted in writing on the forms provided. Bids shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications on file at the office of the Director of Public Works, 623 Sheridan St., Port Townsend, Washington, 98368, where hard copies may be obtained at no cost.
